June sing and dance plus garage sale

Here are some photos and a video of the latest events at my school.
Today we had a yard/garage sale. The kids brought in things to sell and we set up tables with all the stuff on them. The kids had play money and had to practice their bargaining skills.

Wando

This weekend we had sing and dance contest at school. I had my kids do "you are my sunshine" and The Clash "should i stay or should i go". Neither of my classes one this month but they did a good job and had fun! I dont have the videos because my camera needs new batteries but my co-worker got the videos but I will have to get there from her later and post them. After school. the 3 of my co-workers and I drove to the middle of the country on a three hour journey to Gwangju. Its a city where my friends friends live. We met up with them and had some drinks and went to bed because we were off in the morning to head down south to Wando for a beach party. It was another near 3 hour trip to the island. A bunch of foreigners met at this beach to have a big beach party/camping trip. The weather was pretty crap and drizzled all day but never poured and then it stopped raining by evening. Luckily, our tents were under these bigger tents so it would of been okay if it had decided to pour. The party was a lot of fun. People just hung around in the day playing football etc on the beach and at night we had a big bombfire and dancing. It was fun but I didnt take any pictures! I forgot so you will just have to imagine what it looked like there. It was really pretty but it was a bit cloudy while we were there. Then Sunday morning we all woke up around 9 and got ready to head out. We had about a 5 hours drive ahead of us to get back to Dangjin. I slept through most of it of course but I feel exhausted tonight so Im going to bed at 9 haha. Hopefully I will feel refreshed by the morning for school.
